No. 2690 State Board of Medicine #16A-4924: Acupuncture Licensure, No. 2662 State Board of Pharmacy #16A-5417: Continuing Education, No. 2782 Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board #125-105: Jackpot and Credit Meter Payouts, and No. 2804 Department of Labor and Industry #12-89: Uniform Construction Code (Final Omit) were all unanimously approved. The regulations were: No. 2773 Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board #125-104, No. 2753 Environmental Quality Board #7-432, No. 2797 Environmental Quality Board #7-439, No. 2663 State Board of Pharmacy #16A-5420, No. 2720 State Board of Dentistry #16A-4617, and No. 2729 State Board of Nursing #16A-5124. No. 2765 Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, Office of Victims’ Services #35-31: Crime Victims Compensation was deemed approved. No. 2759 State Board of Accountancy #16A-5512: Biennial Renewal Fees and No. 2737 Coal and Clay Mine Subsidence Insurance Board #7-424: Mine Subsidence Fund were both unanimously approved. No. 2627 State Board of Funeral Directors #16A-4815: Preneed Funeral Arrangements was unanimously disapproved. The contentious Keystone Exams regulation No. 2696 State Board of Education #6-312: Academic Standards and Assessment was approved with Commissioner Silvan B. Lutkewitte, III voting in the negative.

The Independent Regulatory Review Commission approved Regulation No. 2623 Department of Health #10-184: Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries at its meeting today. Three other regulations were originally scheduled. Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board #54-63 was tolled and Department of Public Welfare #14-517 and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board #125-102 were withdrawn. They unanimously approved Department of Public Welfare regulation #14-510 concerning payment for payment of Burial and Cremation services by the DPW.
