The Commission, which includes from the legislature Representatives Josh Shapiro (D-Philadelphia) and Gordon Denlinger (R-Lancaster), and Senators Pat Browne (R-Lancaster) and Sean Logan (D-Allegheny), received a review of a legislative audit conducted by professional services firm Ernst and Young today. This year, the General Assembly will end with a surplus appropriation balance of $200 million after commitments – $10 million less than last year.
